Kisah is powered by short video ads. If an ad blocker prevents those ads from loading, locked episodes will not unlock and guests may be unable to stream altogether. Follow the steps below to temporarily allow Kisah or whitelist our domain so you can keep watching.
1. Quick Checklist
Pause any ad-blocking extensions (AdBlock, uBlock, Brave Shields, etc.) for kisah.com.
Refresh the Kisah tab after pausing the blocker.
Try replaying the locked episode. If ads complete successfully, playback resumes automatically.
If you still see "Ad not available" prompts, continue with the browser-specific steps below.
2. Chrome, Edge, or Brave (Desktop)
Open Kisah in a tab and click the extension icon (puzzle piece) next to the address bar.
Select your ad blocker (e.g., AdBlock, uBlock Origin, Brave Shields).
Choose Pause on this site or Trust this site. Brave users can toggle Shields → Down.
Reload the tab to apply the change and try playing the episode again.
3. Safari (macOS & iOS)
Visit Kisah, then click Safari > Settings for This Website… (macOS) or the aA icon (iOS/iPadOS).
Turn off Enable Content Blockers for kisah.com.
On iOS, also check Settings > Safari > Extensions and disable blockers for Kisah if needed.
Return to the tab, refresh, and attempt to watch the episode.
4. Android Browsers
Chrome / Samsung Internet: tap the menu (⋮), choose Ad blockers or Extensions, and disable them for Kisah.
Brave: tap the Brave logo in the address bar and toggle Shields off for kisah.com.
Refresh the page and try to unlock the episode.
5. Still Seeing Blocks?
Clear browser cache/cookies and restart the browser.
Ensure VPNs or private DNS filters are not stripping ads.
Temporarily disable privacy suites (NextDNS, Pi-hole, etc.) to test.
