TERMA PERKHIDMATAN

Selamat datang ke Kisah. Terma Perkhidmatan ini (“Terma”) mengawal akses dan penggunaan anda terhadap laman web Kisah, aplikasi mudah alih, serta sebarang perkhidmatan berkaitan (“Perkhidmatan”). Sila baca dengan teliti.

1. Eligibility & Account Registration

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by your jurisdiction) to create an account and access Kisah. By registering, you confirm that any information you provide is accurate, complete, and current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

2. Use of Ads & Sponsored Content

Kisah is currently supported by advertising and sponsored partnerships. By using the Services, you agree that we may display video, audio, or interactive ads before, during, or after Content playback. We may personalize ads based on your activity on Kisah, device information, or general location. You can disable personalized ads by adjusting your device or browser settings, but generic ads will continue to appear.

  • Ad Availability. Access to certain Content or promotional unlocks may require you to watch a complete ad. If an ad fails to load due to network or browser restrictions (including ad blockers), you may be unable to unlock the associated Content.
  • Sponsorships. Some shows or episodes may include sponsor messages, brand integrations, or product placements. We aim to label sponsored segments clearly whenever possible.
  • Feedback. Help us improve the ad experience by reporting broken or inappropriate ads to support@watchkisah.com.
  • Ad blockers. Kisah may detect and block playback if an ad blocker prevents required ad delivery. Guests rely on ads to view episodes, and logged-in members may only receive limited access when ads are disabled. To avoid interruptions, disable ad blockers for Kisah or whitelist the Service.

3. Content Access & Usage

All films, episodes, artwork, and related media (“Content”) on Kisah are licensed—not sold—to you. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or publicly display Content outside the Kisah platform. We reserve the right to remove or restrict Content at our discretion and to enforce digital rights management (DRM) measures.

You may only stream Content for personal, non-commercial entertainment. Any attempt to download, rip, bypass DRM, or share Content without authorization violates these Terms and may lead to account termination.

4. User Conduct & Community Guidelines

Kisah is a fully curated experience. By using the Services you agree to follow the guidelines below.

  • Respect. Treat other viewers and creators with respect. Hate speech, harassment, or abusive behavior is prohibited.
  • Security. Do not use Kisah for fraudulent activity, data mining, scraping, or reverse engineering.
  • Report issues. Notify us of suspicious or harmful activity at support@watchkisah.com.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for conduct that violates these Terms or harms the Kisah community.

5. Availability & Service Changes

We strive to keep Kisah available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features and Content without notice. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by maintenance, technical issues, or events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, internet outages).

6. Privacy & Data

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information. By using Kisah, you consent to the practices described there, including the use of cookies and analytics tools.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KISAH DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. KISAH’S LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PREVIOUS 12 MONTHS, OR $50—WHICHEVER IS GREATER. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

8. Dispute Resolution

You agree to first contact us to resolve any dispute. If we cannot resolve it informally, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration or small claims court in the jurisdiction where Kisah operates. YOU WAIVE THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTIONS.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Significant changes will be announced via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of Kisah after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
